It is a blended cheese of raw sheep and goat milk in a proportion of 50% and matured for 12 months, of which passes the last 2 in virgin olive oil. It has a subtle coverage of lard. Its flavor is medium intensity, pleasant and slightly spicy. Its paste is an attractive ivory color and has a firm and compact texture. The perfect fusion of sheep and goat milk aromas, makes each tasting a unique moment.
