Artisan sheep cheese with Rosemary inside
Cheese made with raw sheep and rosemary milk that is added at the beginning of its production process. It has a ripening period from 3 to 4 months. Its paste is firm, with equally distributed eyes and an ivory white color that mixes with the rosemary green. It has a strong and tasty lactic flavor which instensifies with ripening, with a very pleasant notes of rosemary, leaving the persistent aftertaste characteristic of raw milk sheep´s cheeses. It is perfect for eating alone or with crusty bread, or on a cheese board.
