Black Garlic Cured Sheep Cheese
Cheese made with pasteurized sheep’s milk combined with a fair proportion of black garlic. Cheese matured for approximately 6 months and characterized by having striking dark interior infiltrations of black garlic. Its texture is compact and balanced. On the palate, it leaves us with an exquisite and intense flavor of sheep cheese, persistent but very pleasant, with a mild aftertaste of black garlic. It is ideal for lovers of sheep cheese, since the black garlic gives it a flavor and aroma that combine perfectly with the intensity of sheep’s milk. Gold Medal at World Cheese Awards 2022-2023.
