A cheese that mixes two of the most representative raw materials from Asturias: cow’s milk and natural cider that is added before making the curd. The touch of cider provides a subtle flavour with slight reminiscence of apple, which is mixed with the lactic and buttery character of cow’s milk. It comes presented in a colourful cardboard box.
