Dry cured Tuna Heart
Obtained only from red tuna from the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean, traditionally caught. After removing the hearts, they are washed, salted and pressed for at least 14 days. Then, they are washed again, pressed for another 15 hours and transferred to the dryer, completing a 100% artisanal process where there is no mechanical intervention. You can enjoy it both in slices, if you are looking for powerful and very salty flavors, as well as grated over a scrambled egg, a soup or a stew, adding a different and surprising touch. Free of anisakis.
