Galmesán Cheese Portion 250 g
Pasteurized cow’s milk cheese and unique in the Galician and Spanish context. It is made according to the technique of traditional Alpine cheeses, pressed and cooked pasta and long maturation. The milk comes from Galician cows that graze on small farms and feed on native grasses and fodder. Care with care throughout the maturation process, 12-18 months of dedication to each of the pieces, with the most exquisite care. Natural rind, rotate the cheese, temperature control…, in short, all the senses put into the cheese throughout its maturation.
