Iberian 50% Bellota Shoulder bone-in 24-36 months
Our 50% acorn-fed Iberian shoulder is simply delicious. It is obtained from the front legs of the pig, which are smaller and less heavy than the ham, but without sacrificing texture or juiciness. These are large pieces with a ripening period of 24-30 months, to reach the optimum maturation point.
