Mullet Roe
The mullet is a fish especially appreciated for its roe, which become a delicious salted product through a totally traditional process: extraction, salting, pressing and drying. Its texture is creamier than that of the dried salted tuna (mojama), but its flavor remains powerful and saline, like other salted products. It is recommended to consume it with some almonds and a touch of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Free of anisakis.
