Palo Santo cheese with olives

This cheese is born from the fusion of two-star products: Palo Santo cheese and green olives. Palo Santo is a pasteurized cow’s milk cheese, semi-soft paste, milky color and pleasant flavor. During its production process, green olives are added in a studied proportion, which can be visually appreciated both externally and when cut. These olives accompany the Palo Santo throughout its maturation, giving it a very special aroma. To taste, it is soft and persistent, with constant memories of the olives it contains.
