Palo Santo Cheese
A galician cow cheese with more than 200 years of history and creamy and pleasant texture to the palate. According to the leyend, its name comes from 1720, thanks to an instrument used by the ancient monks of the Cuntis monastery to proceed with the curd of milk. Minimum maturation of 30 days. It is a soft and aromatic cheese.
