Delicacy made in Andalucía 100% from Payoya pasteurized goat milk. It has a very clear exterior color due to its natural bark. Its texture is creamy and has a slightly acid taste with subtle hints of nuts. With a maturation of 90 days, it is perfect to accompany it with young and fresh white wines, or with reds of half aging.
