Servilleta goat Cheese
The Servilleta cheese is a rustic, semi-soft cheese, made in an artisanal and traditional way. Servilleta means “cloth” in Spanish. The pressing of the curd is done with the cloth, tying its four tips in the center of the cheese, hence its unique shape. It is a delicate and elegant goat cheese, with a soft and pleasant flavour. It has a rich and creamy paste that is still firm enough to be sliced. Ideal combination with fresh fruit, Iberian ham and bread with olive oil.
