Artisan Sheep Cheese Cured with Paprika
Cheese made with raw sheep’s milk and ripened in paprika. The cheese matures for 6 months in a natural and controlled way in the cellar. The last two months of its maturation, the cheese is refined with natural Paprika from La Vera, both on the rind and inside, providing the flavor, color and aroma of the Paprika. Awarded Bronze at the World Cheese Awards 2019-2020.
