Sheep Cheese Semicured

Cheese made from pasteurized sheep’s milk from the Castilla La Mancha area. Firm and slightly elastic texture. Ivory color in paste, partridge-type eyes and approximate maturation of 2-3 months. During its maturation, it acquires a body and flavor that make it very pleasant for daily consumption. It has sweet aromatic tones, a smell of dried fruits and a semi-hard, buttery paste that is pleasant to the palate. It is a cheese for all audiences due to its perfect balance in the mouth.
