Sheep Cheese with Pink Pepper Lactosa Free
We are facing a cheese that surprises. It’s not a gin and tonic, but it does have pink peppercorns. This gives it a characteristic sweet, fruity and slightly acid flavor. Also, if you are lactose intolerant you can eat this cheese without fear because it is LACTOSE FREE. It is made with pasteurized sheep’s milk and has a short maturation period, between 7 and 35 days.
