Zamorano Cheese PDO Cured
This cheese from the province of Zamora is made with raw milk from Churra and Castellana sheep. It is covered by a natural rind with a pronounced relief with a closed texture or very small eyes. It has an intense flavour, but not strong, and a slight acid perception. Perfect to pair with red wines.
